Hayley James

Set Designer

Hayley is a set designer, scenic artist and prop maker who graduated from RMIT in 2018 with an honours degree in Interior Design. Hayley has worked with Melbourne Shakespeare Company on their productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Comedy of Errors, King Lear, The Winter’s Tale, As You Like It & The Taming of the Shrew. Hayley's other recent credits include The Mystery of Irma Vep (Malvern Theatre Company), Ariadne (Spark Youth Productions) Yes, I will, Yes (Bloomsday in Melbourne) and scenic artist for Beauty and the Beast (Windmill Theatre Company). Hayley has also been the production designer for short films ‘Stalling’ (premiered at MWFF 2020) and “Duke’ (2019).
