Frankie works as a stage manager, theatre technician, producer and performer after training in Adelaide at AC Arts and at John Bolton's Physical Theatre School. He spent two years managing The Butterfly Club before stepping down to pursue freelance opportunities. He regularly stage manages T4T- a Transgender Showcase and has recently designed and operated several shows as a part of the Melbourne Magic Festival.
