Yuan Lu

Adam

Yuan Lu is a Melbourne-based actor with a strong foundation in theatre and stage performance. Beginning his acting journey in 2015 at university, Yuan has since worked across a range of community theatre productions and has been an active contributor to Melbourne’s Chinese theatre scene. He has regularly performed in the Melbourne Fringe Festival, most recently taking the lead role in the cross-cultural production The Ship.

Alongside his stage work, Yuan has appeared in short films and is always looking for new ways to grow as a performer. He has trained at NIDA and 16th Street Studio, experiences that have shaped his approach to acting and deepened his passion for the craft. While relatively new to Shakespearean theatre, Yuan is eager to keep exploring, learning, and sharing stories that connect with diverse audiences.
