Damon is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts, and the Red Stitch Actors’ Theatre Graduate Program. Recent theatre credits include:

Never Closer, Smokescreen, Boys on the Verge of Tears, How the King Learned to Live Forever (fortyfivedownstairs), The Effect, MinusOneSister, Laundry Shoot! (Theatre Works), Romeo & Julie, and understudy for Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (Red Stitch). Damon received the Irene Mitchell Award for Excellence in Acting whilst at VCA, and is a Green Room Award Winner for Outstanding Performer (Smokescreen, 2025).
