Kaia Reyes

Biondella

Kaia Reyes is a Filipino actor and a graduate of the full-time program at 16th Street Actors Studio. This is her second time working with Melbourne Shakespeare Company, having previously played The Sheriff of Nottingham (and his Australian counterpart Governor Grabbit) in “Robin Hood”. Her recent credits include the play “P*RN” (Theatre Works & Midsumma Festival), devised immersive work “All the Things We’ve Done” (Theatre Works), and productions at 16th Street including “The Motherf**ker with the Hat”, “In the Next Room (or The Vibrator Play)”, and “Present Laughter”. She has also trained at The National Theatre Drama School and The Improv Conspiracy. Born and raised in Manila, Kaia moved to Melbourne in 2017 to complete a Bachelor of Computing and Software Systems at the University of Melbourne, before discovering the joy of theatre and performing.
