Eloise Kent

Eloise Kent is a scenographer whose work spans theatre, circus, live art and events. Her practice explores the relationship between site, performer, and spectator, often using raw and found materials to reveal their beauty and sustainable potential.

With a background in Art History and languages, she brings a contemporary art sensibility to performance design. Eloise holds a Master of Performance Design from the Victorian College of the Arts. She was a participant in the Besen Family Artist Program at Malthouse Theatre, and has worked internationally as a design assistant with major European theatre and opera companies. Her work has been recognised with two APDG awards for Emerging Designer and nominations at the Green Room Awards, both individually and in collaboration.
