Assistant Set Designer

Henry Nguyen is a Melbourne/Naarm-based designer that specialises in set design. As a graduate from the Bachelor of Design (University of Melbourne), he has equipped himself with the ability to translate design concepts into real-life applications. The academic journey at VCA, coupled with his participation in student theatre groups contributes to his practice in spatial design which spans across multiple forms of live performances, from designing for theatre to spatially curating and directing for performing arts.

His recent works include The Estuary (VCA); Quelched (UMMTA); and set assisting for Spruik (Dead End Collective); The Office At The End Of The World (Above Sea Level Theatre).
