Bridget Sweeney (she/her) is a professional silly goose with feathers in many pies - on stage, off stage and behind the scenes. Having trained at the National Theatre Drama School, the Victorian College of the Arts, and the London Film Academy, Bridget is now based in Naarm/Melbourne. Her work includes writing and performing weekly children’s entertainment content and teaching Shakespeare to teens.

Bridget’s diverse range of creative work is brought together under the brand artistic allsort, a space where she can combine all her talents - whether it's performing, directing, teaching, or producing. Recent credits include Assistant Director for Three Sisters (TheatreWorks), performing with Complete Works Theatre Company in Twelfth Night, Much Ado About Nothing, and Framework of Ideas, Assistant Director for Twelfth Night (Melbourne Shakespeare Company), Assistant Stage Manager for Rhinoceros (Spinning Plates), and playing Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Sevenfold Theatre Company).

In 2025, Bridget took on the role of overseeing marketing for Melbourne Shakespeare Company, bringing her creative expertise to this dynamic and growing company.
